RETURNS As part of our commitment to customer service, Facials by Francine offers a fair return policy. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site, you may return the item(s) for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. All returns must be received within 30 days in order to receive a full refund. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Facials by Francine.

Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.

Customers pay for return shipment charges. To ensure that we receive the package we do recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Shipping RatesFree Shipping
All U.S. orders are FREE Shipping (after any discounts have been applied) ship FREE.
Orders received on Tuesday through Friday by 12:00 PM (ET) are shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.
Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to Facials by Francine and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed by close of business Monday. Orders received after 12:00 PM (ET) on Friday may be processed on Monday.
All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. Facials by Francine is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, weather or acts of nature.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email: email@example.com.
Please note, that due to DOT restrictions, or back order status, some exceptions may apply.
Shipping PolicyObtain an RMA Number and return your product within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Customers must obtain an RMA # and return their item(s) within 30 days of receipt of their order. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.
Returned products are subject to inspection by Facials by Francine staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned.
Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. Multiple RMA requests for the same products are subject to review by Facials by Francine. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Facials by Francine or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
